All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
If the event is canceled, vendors will receive a full refund within 24 hours of the cancellation notice.

In the event of rescheduling due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, vendors will have the option to:

1. Transfer their payment to the new event date, or

2. Request a full refund within 48 hours of receiving the reschedule notice.

No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations, no-shows, or inability to attend after registration is confirmed.
